Michael Anthony Photography began with a camera, a dream, and a relentless drive to create art that matters. From our early days in Los Angeles to the heart of Texas in McKinney, we’ve grown into a studio known for telling stories—your stories—through compelling imagery.
Founded by husband-and-wife duo Michael and Jennifer Anthony, our journey started with weddings and evolved into a full-service portrait studio. Today, MAP stands at the intersection of fine art and emotion—delivering museum-worthy wedding & portrait photography that reflects the most important chapters of your life.

Our brand new location located at the corner of Frisco, McKinney, & Prosper. This is our new headquarters and operates. Nestled on the border of Frisco and Prosper, our McKinney studio is the heart of our Texas operations. Designed from the ground up in 2025, this nearly 2,000-square-foot creative space was built with intention: two dedicated camera stations, a state-of-the-art projector reveal room, and an in-house production headquarters. Here, our clients experience more than a session—they walk into a cinematic environment where lighting, music, and storytelling converge to bring their portraits to life. Every detail, from the handcrafted backdrops to the curated artwork displays, reflects our passion for timeless imagery and elevated service.

Our California roots run deep, and the Valencia studio is where it all began. Located just north of Los Angeles, this space has shaped our signature style for over a decade. With its refined natural light, high-end Profoto lighting equipment, and carefully curated sets, this studio is where emotion meets editorial. Clients love the hand-painted backdrops and the relaxed elegance that defines the West Coast MAP experience. While our brand has grown nationwide, Valencia remains our creative anchor—a space born from passion, refined by experience, and fueled by the stories of every client who walks through its doors.

FOUNDER / CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Michael is a nationally recognized portrait and wedding photographer known for his cinematic style and emotional storytelling. After serving as a police officer in Los Angeles, he turned his creative passion into a full-time career—building Michael Anthony Photography into a studio that blends fine art with legacy. With over 14 years of experience, features in major publications, and over 200 accolades, Michael leads every session with purpose, precision, and heart.

Jennifer Loizzi
FOUNDER / DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
With a background as a registered nurse, Jennifer brings a calming presence and deep empathy to every client interaction. As co-owner of Michael Anthony Photography and founder of Marilyn Lou Boudoir, she specializes in creating empowering, emotionally rich experiences—both behind the scenes and in the studio. Jennifer leads with heart, ensuring each client feels seen, heard, and celebrated throughout their journey.

Courtney has been an integral part of the MAP team since 2016, bringing unmatched expertise and a calm, confident presence to every client experience. With a degree in photography from Cal State Northridge and a deep understanding of both artistry and logistics, she has personally overseen more than 1,000 weddings—ensuring each one runs smoothly and beautifully. Courtney is the glue behind the scenes, loved by clients and trusted by the team to make magic happen, start to finish.

With over 20 years of photography experience, Nadege brings a wealth of talent and leadership to our California team. An immigrant from France, she blends European artistry with heartfelt storytelling across every session. As our West Coast Creative Team Leader, she specializes in weddings, maternity, family, and pet photography—while also overseeing artist training and recruitment to ensure every MAP session meets the highest creative standards. Nadege’s warmth, experience, and eye for beauty make her an indispensable part of the MAP legacy.
